Mama's Cooking
Yogurt Parfait for 1:
1/2 Cup plain yogurt
1 or 2 TB Chopped pecans
1 tsp raisins
Swirl of buckwheat honey*
Swirl the honey on the bottom of the dish
Add half the yogurt
Layer sprinkle of pecans and raisins
More yogurt, pecans and raisins
Top with honey
*Any honey can be used, but buckwheat
is dark amber in color and has a richer
flavor than regular clover honey.
